Experience
Jack Vander Leeuw has more than 19 years of experience in lower middle market M&A across investment banking, corporate development, private equity, and private credit. He has held roles at BB&T Capital Markets (now Truist Capital Markets), Gladstone Investment Corporation, and Neustar, Inc., and most recently served as a Managing Director at Capitala Group, a lower middle market private credit and private equity firm. Over that career he has closed 42 platform transactions representing more than $2.7 billion in aggregate enterprise value.
Jack founded Token Capital Group to apply that experience as an independent sponsor, with AI built into the firm's sourcing, diligence, and planning from the start. He earned a BS/BA in Business Management from Georgetown University and lives in Charlotte, NC with his wife and two daughters.
